We understand that the virus may be able to live on textiles for a certain amount of time. The last thing we want is to increase the spread of this virus. As such, when cleaning your laundry we will be taking preventative measures such as:

• wearing gloves

• disinfecting hands with antibacterial sanitiser and washing our hands with antibacterial soap, frequently.

• wearing face masks

During pickup and delivery, we will be:

• wearing gloves

• encourage contactless transactions via bank transfer and leaving laundry at doorstep

• sanitising our hands before and after touching laundry at front doors

COVID-19 Update #1

Hi, all.

Hope you are doing well.

We are sure all of you are aware of the volatile circumstances our community is facing due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority.

In the case that individuals are unable and/or unwilling to leave their home due to self-isolation or any other reason, we wish to provide our customers with a way to get their laundry and dry cleaning sorted. Click here to see how it works.

We understand that we may need to temporarily suspend on-site services, such as self-serve washing, and customer/employee interactions, in general. Until then, please be advised that we are closely monitoring the health outbreak’s status, as well as following the guidelines proposed by the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer. We will keep all customers updated on this webpage in relation to potential closure, change in business hours etc. As of now, we are still open and all services are available.
